How Great Companies Get Their Customers to Evangelize for Them

Chip Conley, Executive Chairman and founder of Joie de Vivre will discuss how to transform business by leveraging three key relationships in business, starting with your customers . . . .

Thursday, February 3rd, 2011
“Strategy? Got one. Tactics? Check. But there’s one more key element without which you won’t get anywhere: Motivation.   [Chip Conley's book] PEAK will show you how to create motivated employees, customers, and investors, and it tells the story of how one spectacular entrepreneur does it by treating people right . . . and how they return the favor."
Chris Anderson, editor-in-chief, Wired magazine and author, The Long Tail and Free
Join the Wharton Club for an evening with Chip Conley, Executive Chairman and founder of Joie de Vivre where he will share insights on how to transform business via three key relationships in business with Employees, Customers, and Investors.  He will illustrate the motivations for each group and how to create peak experiences, which help a company build enduring and profitable businesses.
