In this session, we'll discuss how companies optimize their capital structure over the various life stages of growth, from grants and scelerator programs to term loans and lines of credit. A specific emphasis will be on technology and life sciences sectors, through the themes are applicalble to any cash-burning, pre-commercial (or early commercial) venture.
