This is an exciting two part leadership event with Jocelyn Kung. There are limited seats available for both events. This event will focus on how executive coaching can help leaders scale an organization, and the event on May 17, will focus on "Growing Powerful Leaders and Teams".

In this event, Jocelyn will bring in Renee Budig, CFO of youSENDit, a venture backed growth company with more than 200 employees and close to $50M in venture funding. Jocelyn and Renee will have a fireside chat about the use of Executive Coaching in building a fast growing start-up.

Jocelyn and Renee will cover lessons learned for C level executives in:

Jocelyn Kung, Founder & CEO, The Kung Group, Cultivating Powerful Organizations

Renee Budig, Chief Financial Officer, YouSendIt
Renee Budig manages YouSendIt’s financial, human resources, facilities, and administrative functions.

During her 25-plus year career, Renee has held multiple executive level positions. Prior to joining YouSendIt, Renee was vice president of finance at Netflix. Her responsibilities included all aspects of accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. She successfully raised $200 million in public debt offering for Netflix in addition to rebuilding the company’s finance team.

Before Netflix, Renee held several vice president roles at VERITAS Software. As vice president of investor relations, she developed a strategic investor relations program and was the primary point of contact with the financial community. Her role later expanded to include treasury responsibilities where she created and implemented a profitable investment portfolio strategy that resulted in increased yields on a $2 billion cash and investment portfolio. Renee then became vice president of finance, worldwide sales where she managed a global staff of 65 employees. When VERITAS merged with Symantec, she played a vital role in communicating the merger to the financial community.

Prior to VERITAS, Renee was the vice president of finance at Quantum Corporation where she was responsible for investor relations and overseeing the company’s worldwide treasury initiatives.

In addition to her tenure with Quantum Corporation, Renee held various related positions with Murdock & Associates, Price Waterhouse and Alexander Grant.

In 2011, Renee was recognized by the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal as one of the most influential women in the Bay Area.
