Your UVP can often get lost in the mix of all the activities you get involved with daily. Once that important piece is known it becomes easier to identify a career progression that makes best use of your top selling feature.

During this interactive session you will also be guided towards creating a 5-7 year career plan capitalizing on your UVP.

Joe Murphy: The Coach's Coach
Joe Murphy has been a career coach and advisor since 1991.
He has helped a wide range of executives develop innovative behavioral changes that allowed them to become more effective leaders. For ten years, Joe was a member of Right Management Consultants, the world’s largest Human Resource Consulting firm, where he coached managers and executives from most of Northern California’s Fortune 500 companies. His many writing credits include a spiritual guide for people facing career transitions. and a co-authored book on participative management. His podcasts can be downloaded at Careerfyi.com. He teaches coaching courses at San Francisco State University and the University of Phoenix.

George Beckstead - Working with the World
George Beckstead has been a college professor, a men's gymnastic coach, an Olympic judge and--most recently--an international federation executive. He has worked with civic leaders, corporate sponsors and business executives from all over the world. George is a member of the U.S.A. Gymnastics Hall of Fame since 2002 and was named a 2003 F.I.G. Brevet Honorary Judge. Through his long career of service to international gymnastics, George has a unique understanding and appreciation for foreign cultures and global travel. This experience brings rare cross-cultural perspective for his work as an executive coaching professional.
