Jehoshua Eliashberg
Sebastian S. Kresge Professor of Marketing and Professor of Operations and Information Management
Professor Eliashberg's research interests are in developing models and methodologies to solve business problems. He has a particular interest in the media and entertainment, pharmaceutical, and the high-tech/consumer electronics industries. His research on these industries has focused on issues such as forecasting new product acceptance, market analysis, designing entry strategies, marketing/manufacturing/R&D interface, and competitive strategies.

Professor Eliashberg has consulted extensively with leading companies, including Warner Home Video, General Motors, HBO, Sirius Satellite Radio, and AstraZeneca, among many others.

Professor Eliashberg's teaching interests include courses in Models for Marketing Strategy and Design, Marketing Research, New Product Management, as well as extensive participation in various Wharton's Executive MBA programs. He received his doctoral degree in business administration from Indiana University, his MBA from Tel-Aviv University and his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
