Tracy is responsible for Shutterfly, Inc.’s people strategy, including recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR technology and employee communications. Additionally, Tracy oversees the Shutterfly Foundation.

Kelly is founder of BSD Strategy Group, Inc., whose mission is to help companies mix diversity into the core of how organizations interact, operate, and innovate. Kelly is an impact entrepreneur, advising clients on inclusive leadership, diversity management, and team building.
