Curtis Mo, Partner – DLA Piper
Curtis Mo is a partner in DLA Piper's Corporate and Securities group, based in Silicon Valley. He was formerly the founding and managing partner of the Palo Alto office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and co-chair of the Corporate group in Silicon Valley for Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Mr. Mo is recognized as a leading corporate and securities lawyer in Silicon Valley. He has represented emerging growth companies, major public companies, investment banks, venture capital funds and private equity funds in hundreds of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, venture capital financings and other complex transactions. David Ehrenberg is the founder and CEO of Early Growth Financial Services, an outsourced financial services firm that provides early-stage companies with three platforms of financial support: day-to-day transactional accounting, CFO services, and tax and valuation compliance. Tim McDonough, VP Venture Banking – Square1 Bank
Tim develops and manages loan and deposit relationships with venture-backed technology startups. He spent 7 years with Gold Hill Capital, a venture debt fund focused on technology and life science VC backed companies. While at Gold Hill, he was part of a team that raised two funds totaling over $350 million in capital commitments. He earned a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University. Read More

Philipp is founder & CEO of Onor Inc., a start-up in native & immersive marketing that smiles on the world. Philipp is also a Founding Partner at Dropimpact LLC, an Innovation Catalyst and Think Tank in Silicon Valley. Previously, Philipp was a senior executive team member at Adchemy where he led strategic sales and client services. Prior to Adchemy, Philipp was a Managing Partner at Accenture focusing on growth strategy and innovation in areas such as cloud, big data, eCommerce, mobile and digital marketing, both in the consumer and enterprise space. Most recently he was a Founding Managing Partner of Accenture Interactive, a now leading global marketing practice with more than 4,000 digital marketing and data sciences professionals globally. Before joining Accenture, Philipp was at Interpublic Group in Europe, a leading global marketing and advertising services firm, specializing in product innovation and design.
