Capitalism 2.0: How Can Entrepreneurs Hijack Capitalism Back from the Speculators?

Please join us for a discussion led by Sramana Mitra on how entrepreneurs and innovators can hijack capitalism back in order to usher in an era of prosperity and stability throughout the world.

capitalism 2.0:  How Can Entrepreneurs Hijack Capitalism Back From The Speculators?
Thursday, January 19, 2012

Capitalism has been hijacked by Speculators, and a dysfunctional medley of privatized profits, socialized losses, bail-outs and unbridled greed has corrupted the system. The need for a system that emphasizes and incentives value creators is acute at this hour. Entrepreneurs, innovators – the true leaders of the form of Capitalism that can build an economically healthy global order – need to step up and hijack the system back.

In this session, Sramana Mitra will facilitate a stimulating discussion on issues such as:
  • What is the definition of Entrepreneurship in Capitalism 2.0?
  • What role does Capital play?
  • How can we address the dysfunctions of a ‘fortune at the top of the pyramid’ society and broaden the fruits of Capitalism?
  • How does Talent get channeled to the right professions, instead of a mad rush to Wall Street?
  • Does Government have any role in Capitalism 2.0?
  • What Tax Policy would facilitate the mass rise of entrepreneurship?
And many more.
