Lawrence Chu and Denny Kwon are Partners in the Merger and Acquisition practice of the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., San Francisco. Larry's transaction experience includes tender and exchange offers, carve-out transactions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, recapitalizations, management buyouts and going-private transactions, joint venture arrangements, and strategic alliances and minority investments.  Denny has represented numerous public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a wide range of transactions.

Lawrence M. Chu
Larry Chu is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He has represented numerous domestic and foreign public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and corporate finance transactions across various industries, including technology and telecom, biotechnology, oil and gas, industrial products, banking and financial services, and asset management. He has also represented a number of private equity funds in connection with the acquisition of, and investment in, certain public and private portfolio companies, as well as banking clients in connection with their roles as financial advisor and dealer/manager on M&A transactions.

Larry's transaction experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, tender and exchange offers, carve-out transactions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, recapitalizations, management buyouts and going-private transactions, joint venture arrangements, and strategic alliances and minority investments. In addition, Larry has extensive experience in respect of cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Larry practiced in the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice groups at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, New York, and London, England.

Denny Kwon
Denny Kwon is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's mergers and acquisitions practice. Denny has represented numerous public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a wide range of M&A transactions. His transactional experience includes the acquisition and sale of domestic and foreign public companies, private companies, divisions, and other assets for cash, stock, and other consideration, structured as mergers, stock sales, asset sales, mergers of equals, leveraged buy-outs, going-private transactions, tender offers, unsolicited offers, and proxy contests. He also has counseled clients in connection with other strategic transactions, such as spin-offs, joint ventures, and minority investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Denny was associated with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
