Make Better Decisions by Trusting Your Gut

You're great at analyzing information and making decisions. Yet research shows that your decisions are suboptimal if you're not also using your gut instinct. Join Susan Bernstein, PhD and improve your decisions by learning to listen to and trust your gut.

How often have you had a bad—or good—feeling about a situation or decision that turned out to be correct? Research studies at the National Institute of Health and Columbia University Medical Center explain the science behind why gut feelings provide valuable information. Books such as the bestseller Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking and How We Decide provide myriad examples of the wisdom of trusting your gut.

Can using gut instinct be learned? Yes!
Come for an interactive, experiential evening, learning to listen to and trust your gut with Dr. Susan Bernstein. She is particularly adept at helping MBAs integrate mind and body intelligence. A fellow MBA with over 20 years experience in corporate America, Susan also has a Ph.D. in Somatic (Mind/Body) Psychology and is an innovator in helping people express more of their potential in their lives and livelihoods.
