ANNE FAZIOLI – JP Morgan
Anne Fazioli joined J.P. Morgan in 2005 as an Associate.   She is currently a member of J.P. Morgan’s Cleantech Investment Banking practice.  Prior to joining the Cleantech team in Spring 2008, she was a member of J.P. Morgan’s Equity Private Placement and Latin America Advisory teams. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Anne held positions at General Electric, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Peace Corps. Anne holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in International Affairs from Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.


DK Foster  - Power Assure
Donnie K Foster (DK) is currently the founder, and President at Power Assure, Inc. - Holistic Power Management. With over 30 years in the High Tech, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech industries, he is an experienced entrepreneur providing executive, business, people and information technology management.  His company won two 2008 California Clean Tech Open awards for Smart Power technologies and overall sustainability practices.

 

MIRIAM WROBEL – MMA Renewables
Miriam Wrobel, Director of Business Development at MMA Renewable Ventures, sources, develops and negotiates solar energy projects.  She works with solar integrators, utilities, tax equity and debt investors, and power purchase agreement customers to develop solar projects.  Ms. Wrobel has more than 10 years of transactions experience, focused primarily on real estate investments and development.  She previously worked at JPMorgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Acquisitions Group and at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in investment research.  Ms. Wrobel holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Luis Arbulu – Principal, Investments team, Google.org
Luis Arbulu is currently part of the investments team of Google.org, the philanthropic and cleantech arm of Google. In this capacity, he leads investments in the energy, environment, and global development sectors.
 
At Google, Luis also served as CFO for the multi-billion-dollar online ad syndication business, providing analytical and strategy support, and launching several payments infrastructure products. Luis was also Google.org's first finance manager, establishing the grants and investments strategy and mechanisms. Luis was a recipient of Google's CFO award, for his work on ads strategy and operations.
 
Prior to Google, Luis was an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) where he covered a variety of industries including healthcare, auto, greentech, etc. working on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, product development, divestitures and outsourcing. In the past, Luis has worked in investment banking, the leadership rotation of a major US telecommunications company, and in various roles in the environmental and cleantech sectors, including as an engineer and project finance associate at Black & Veatch, and as a PM at an environmental services startup.
 
He obtained his MBA from the Wharton School and his engineering degree from the University of Kansas, where he was a Fulbright scholar. Born and raised in Peru, he also attended Unversidad Catolica in Lima. In his (rare) free time, Luis enjoys cycling, cooking, and the arts, as well as the occasional game of soccer.
